Your browser pings a Cloudflare Worker. The edge echoes back which colo answered. Anycast routes you to the closest POP, so you see one answer, measured 12× for a distribution. Drag the globe to spin it.

RTT is browser-measured, one-way × 2 + server-processing. Cloudflare network only, not a general latency benchmark. Seeing one colo is expected: anycast routes you to the closest POP.

thesis

Pings a worker at the edge, logs colo + RTT per request, projects onto a world map. Each visitor sees their own nearest PoP light up first, then the long tail. Latency is geography.
